-1 Arm DUMBBELL chest press or INCLINE PRESS works great as well.
-SQUAT (SHOULDER) PRESS , This can also be done single arm as well which I will demonstrate in an upcoming workout video.
-RENEGADE ROW WITH PUSHUPS, This move is also great for chest, upper back, rear delt and tricep development.
